Box project
As we had this week off I decided to start on a little project which might expand into a huge one as time goes on. I went and bought lots of boxes from Paperchase and started decorating them. My love for kitsch things, awful colour combinations and tacky religious art will never die. I like them on their own, but I also like them grouped together to create a little installation. I might glue them all together when I have made more and create a huge picture which I can hang up on the wall, if my landlord lets me put some nails in the wall that is.
Character designs for Edward Lear's nonsense poems
Here are some of the character designs I did for a project that we had a while back. They are all based on characters from various Edward Lear poems, such as the Oriental calf, the Olympian bear and the Blue baboon. Enjoy!
Don't Panic!
Some ideas I had for the D&AD project we were set at WSA. I chose to do the 'Don't Panic' brief and create a poster base around the theme of resistance. I chose to focus on pets rebelling against their owners. The last image is a version of my final poster.
