Photos from the Aspex Art Fair

Aspex Art Fair was a great experience, and I am glad that I was invited to take part in it. One of the girls suggested that they should set up another one around Christmas, which I thought was a brilliant idea. I met some really lovely and talented people this weekend,  and I thought the volunteers at the gallery had done a good job of arranging it all. They were all very friendly and helpful and made it a pleasant experience for all the artists involved. One to watch is Emma Seymour with her hand embroidered illustrations. Some day, I will own one of her pieces! They are absolutely beautiful. Here are some photos from the event:

You will have to excuse the quality of the photos: I could only bring my little camera as I didn't have room to bring my DSLR as I had far too much to carry with me on the train from Brighton to Portsmouth anyway.

I have decided that I want to start up my own little Etsy shop soon, where I will be selling a selection of my prints. Watch this space for more information.

  1. I sneaked a ninja squirrel in there - see her? just 2 pics up - hah! damn you Illes

  2. Haha! Sorry Spencer, it wasn't easy to get photos of your work as there were always a truck load of people stood at your table flicking through your screen prints ;) x

  3. I'm so glad you had good time!
Love your blog. Goodluck with everything.
Did you know Emma Seymour is showing at round tower friday night?
